Online self-scheduling is available for same day sick appointments in the Wilmington office.  To schedule an appointment, log in to the patient portal and from the left column select "Book an Appointment".  Choose one of the available appointment times and click "Schedule".

Appointment requests can be submitted for all visit types and both offices.  In the patient portal, select Messages then click "New Message" in the upper right corner. Choose message type "Appointment Questions/Requests" and submit your request.  Our scheduler will reach out to you to schedule the appointment.  Please allow 24 business hours to contact you in regard to your appointment request. If you are seeking a same day sick or wellness visit, please call the office.
